The Circuit Festival, the most important international gay event in Europe, dedicated to music and leisure, returns to Barcelona from 9 to 19 August.
Since its inception in 2007, the Circuit Festival has established itself as the most important international gay event dedicated to music and leisure. The festival has positioned Barcelona worldwide as one of the main destinations for the LGTBI collective during the month of August. In addition, its immense popularity has allowed it to expand internationally, taking its world tour to more than 30 cities in different countries, with the latest additions being Thailand and Miami.
However, Barcelona's is still the largest edition of the year, both at the level of attendees, as well as the duration and number of parties.
El cartel de la cita barcelonesa está formado por los DJs y productores más reconocidos de la escena gay, todos ellos residentes de los principales eventos dirigidos a este colectivo. Entre los artistas que pondrán la banda sonora en el Circuit Festival 2018 estarán Sagi Kariv, Phil Romano, Tom Stephan, Pagano, Alain Jackinsky, Micky Friedmann, Paulo y hasta 25 más.
The poster of the Barcelona event is made up of the most renowned DJs and producers of the gay scene, all of them residents of the main events aimed at this group. Among the artists who will put the soundtrack at the 2018 Circuit Festival will be Sagi Kariv, Phil Romano, Tom Stephan, Pagano, Alain Jackinsky, Micky Friedmann, Paulo and up to 25 more.
La fiesta por excelencia del festival volverá a ser el "Water Park Day", que se celebrará el 14 de agosto en Isla Fantasía, un gran evento diurno, que tiene como elemento central una gran piscina de olas, y en el que miles de personas celebran la diversidad afectiva y cultural bailando bajo el sol.

In addition, from August 14 to 19, the Circuit Festival will share the spotlight with the Girlie Circuit Festival, its female version, the most important music and leisure event for lesbian and bisexual women in Europe, which will attract thousands of attendees and offer 6 parties and 10 cultural and sports activities, including an art exhibition, a lesbian route through Barcelona and the testimony of Jimena and Shazia, the couple of women who fled Dubai last year and were detained in Turkey.
